Have you heard about Brazilian Blow Out Supreme?

By Master Stylist Vicki Ogden-O’Fee

Have you heard about Brazilian Blow Out Supreme, this is an express smoothing treatment to improve the condition of the hair by creating a protective protein layer around the hair shaft to help eliminate frizz and smooth the cuticle.

Brazilian Blow out makes hair manageable and cuts down blow waving time. You will still need to blow wave your hair and if you use flat irons you will need to still do this as well. The benefit is your hair stays in style better, your colours hold better as you are protecting and conditioning your hair. This service is also perfect for blondes where other keratin services on the market would be too strong.

At V for Hair and Beauty Merivale our owner Vicki has done a lot of research into all the different Keratin and Brazilian Blow Out services, our staff are very well trained in this service. We even get other salon sending their clients to us for these services.

If you have been having Brazilian Blow outs for a while you may want to think about moving to the next level of Keratin Smoothing, but we can discuss this with you in salon.

Brazilian Blow Out service on its own takes approx. 1 to 1.5 hours depending on hair thickness and length. It lasts up to 2 months, this is dependent on how often you wash your hair and what other chemical processes e.g. colour, highlights etc. that you have done on your hair.

This service can be done on the same day as a colour.

You can’t wash your hair for 48 hours after the service so if you’re getting it done for a special occasion best to have the Brazilian Blow Out the week before.

It is best to talk to one of our stylists and make a plan of your colour and Brazilian Blow Out service to get the most out of all services.
