Appointments
To ensure that we are able to provide you with the hair services requested, we respectfully ask that you allow appropriate time for your appointments. We do take casual walk in appointments, although it is recommended to book to avoid disappointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may be asked to reschedule. All appointments are confirmed by way of a text message or phone call on the business day before your appointment. With our text message service, we do require a reply to confirm your appointment the next day. If you do not wish to use this service, or prefer a phone call please advise at time of booking. We request that if you change your contact details you update these with us at your next visit. We do ask for 24 hours notice of cancellations and failure to do so may incur a non-cancellation charge.
